Requirements for Accountant
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant Degree
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of Work experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing company
- Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities for Human Resources Manager
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to avoid potential penalties and lawsuits
- Ensure the selection of reliable qualified employees based on evaluation of skills, experience, work, and reference checks.
- Administer work rules fairly and objectively; maintain management role without being insensitive to employee’s position.
- Communicate policies and procedures to employees directly or through Supervisor. Ensure enforcement of the same guidelines/procedures.
- Lead and direct the work of others.
- Set objectives for the HR team and track process.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
- Execute people processes including goal setting, performance reviews, human capital planning, and career development for all direct reports.
- Keep plant management advised on all Human Resources/employee relations issues/concerns.
- Conduct periodic wage and benefit surveys and recommend appropriate changes to maintain a competitive position in the local labor market area.
- Keep abreast of community/civic activities with a bearing on employee relations or the operation of our plant. Represent the Company at these activities when appropriate.
- Maintain/administer seniority policy.
- Maintain custody/upkeep of employee personnel files.
- Coordinates training activities for hourly and salaried employees.
- Oversee administration of benefit programs.
- Supervises Security personnel as necessary/appropriate.
- Coordinates plant safety program.
- Administers promotion/transfer policy and performance evaluation program.
- Interprets/advises plant management on a variety of policies/procedures.
- Advises plant management on employee discipline and termination of employment issues as necessary.
- Maintain a positive employee relations culture by coordinating and participating in appropriate plant recognition activities.
