Requirements for Executive Assistant

Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 3 – 4 years relevant work experience.
Basic knowledge and understanding of macro and micro environmental trends.
Good knowledge of the various industries of interest and an appreciation of the dynamics of emerging markets.
Excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good project management skills.
Excellent communication (spoken and written)
Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks.
Integrity and ethics.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools.

Requirements for Real Estate Sales Executive

Candidates should possess an HND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
Must be conversant with challenges associated with Real Estate sector.

Must be comfortable with numbers.
Must be very sociable and have a strong network.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
High degree of independence with objectivity and assertiveness.

Requirements for Project Architect

Strong design awareness and fundamental skills (quality of portfolio, graphic skills, aesthetically conscious etc)
Ability to manage budgets and understand cost management.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project
A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, lifelong learning
Ability to prioritize, manage projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to a variety of audiences from Leadership to Team Members.
Knowledge of MS Office and Graphic software.
Proficient use of drawing software such as AutoCAD and Revit
