- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Applicants Must Have Understanding of real estate principles.
- Applicants Must Have Ability to develop and manage budgets and understand job cost management
- Applicants Must Have Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
- Applicants Must Have Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Project management software
- Applicants Must Have Demonstrated the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to a variety of audiences from Leadership to Team Members.
- Applicants Must Have A good First Degree in Estate Management, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a relevant post-graduate qualification
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience in facilities/property management.
- Applicants Must Have Very good knowledge of the real estate industry with particular emphasis on facility management.
- Applicants Must Have Very strong negotiation skills and a high level of assertiveness
- Applicants Must Have a Basic understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment Standards & requirements
