Unilag Microfinance Bank has made appreciable investments in technology to be a leading digital bank in Nigeria. With a sufficient capital base and an experienced team of board members and management, the Bank is positioned to deliver effective and efficient banking services targeted at the young and the middle class without prejudice to the elites.

Requirements for Head, Information, and Technology

Applicants Must possess a minimum of HND / BSc in Computer Science from any reputable institution.
Applicants Must Have a Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.
Applicants Must Have Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Microfinance Institution
Applicants Must Have Ability to Work on Bank One software.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.

Requirements for Sales Officer

Applicants Must possess a minimum of HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
Applicants Must Have A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales officer in a microfinance bank.
Applicants Must Have Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience
Applicants Must Have Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with complicated financial data.
Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Applicants Must Have Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information.

Requirements for Head of Operations / Finance

Applicants must possess a minimum of HND / B.Sc in Accounting from any reputable institution.
Applicants Must be a Chartered Accountant
Applicants Must Have Strong leadership and Organisation skills
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Microfinance institution
Applicants Must Have the Ability to work on Bankone Software
Applicants Must Have Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Applicants Must Have Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information.
