Requirements for Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Applicant should possess M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or a related field. A higher relevant graduate Degree is a plus.
Applicant must have a Minimum of 10 years of successful work experience as a software developer, or leader of a software development team, in a reputable IT company.
Applicant must have Advanced knowledge of software development tools, source code control tools and big data, and other technologies.
Applicant must have Significant experience in cybersecurity, software development best practices, and knowledge of code review and pen-testing.
Applicant must have Experience with cloud technologies, development practices, software architecture principles, requirements and interfaces, and software systems engineering.
Applicant must have Advanced knowledge of programming languages.
Applicant must have Knowledge of system frameworks and software development processes.
Applicant must have Experience creating and maintaining databases.
Applicant must have Experience with systems deployed on Unix/Linux/Solaris environments.
Applicant must have Strong leadership and team management skills, showcasing initiative and responsibility.
Applicant must have the Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Applicant must have Excellent demonstrations and presentation skills.
Applicant must have the ability to work within local and international (project/virtual) teams.
Applicant must have the ability to work under pressure, multitask, focus, and deliver results.

Applicant must have Experience in Agile software development.
Applicant must have a good understanding of the industry, solution providers, technologies wide range of software development languages, a full software development lifecycle as well as cybersecurity.
The ability to speak foreign languages is a plus.

Requirements for Human Resources and Administration Officer

Applicant should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience.
Applicant must have a Strong moral and ethical code.
Applicant must have Exceptional administrative skills.
Applicant must be Proficient in Microsoft packages( Excel, word p.p.t).

Requirements for Data Protection Officer

Applicant must be a Certified Data Protection Officer / CISSP / CISM
Applicant must have Knowledge of ISO 27001/ISO 22301 (lead auditor/implementer), PCI-DSS, and PA-DSS is an important element
Applicant must have Relevant Security Experience, at least 5 years in the Data Protection field.
Applicant must have Experience in Managing Projects Proven track record of achieving results and managing teams.
Constructively manage all stakeholders and break barriers
Applicant must have the ability to build and lead effective and successful teams
Applicant must be an Analytical thinker combined with skills of thinking outside the box
Applicant must have the ability to effectively use technology to leapfrog the competition
Applicant must have Withstanding pressure without it having an effect on efficiency or quality
Applicant must be Open to change and ability to create and drive change
Applicant must have the ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment
