Requirements for Credit Risk and Monitoring Officer
- Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree qualification.
- Applicants Must Have 5 – 8 years of work experience.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Applicants Must Have Experience using Credit Risk Management systems/packages
- Applicants Must Have The ability to ‘think outside the box and look for creative solutions.
- Applicants Must Have Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Applicants Must Have Strong presentation skills and an ability to report to and manage senior stakeholders.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication skills; proven experience in communicating with senior leadership.

Requirements for Head, Business Development
- Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Applicants Must Have 5 – 10 years of work experience.
- Applicants Must Have In-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles of product development, brand management, and business intelligence.
- Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of the leading products and services available in the global market
- Applicants Must Have Deep knowledge of the marketing terrain in Nigeria
- Applicants Must Have Expert knowledge of Transkredit’s products and services.
- Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of the microfinance industry regulatory guidelines and the provisions of the license.
- Applicants Must Have In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian Financial Services Industry with an emphasis on retail/small business.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Applicants Must Have a High level of attention to detail
- Applicants Must Have Excellent project management skills
- Applicants Must Have Strong leadership, supervisory, and people management skills
