Requirements for Compensation & Benefits Officer
- Applicants Must Have a minimum of OND and a maximum of HND from a top-tier polythetic.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
- Applicants Must Have A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Applicants Must Have Proficient in Ms. Excel.
- Applicants Must not be more than 28 years
Requirements for Delivery Analyst
- Applicants Must Have Educational background – OND / HND.
- Applicants Must Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements for Field Marketing Officer
- Applicants Must Have B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field with a minimum of 2.1
- Applicants Must Have Proven working experience in field marketing
- Applicants Must Have Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Applicants Must Have Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Applicants Must Have Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
- Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Applicants Must Have Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Applicants Must Have Creativity and commercial awareness
- Applicants Must Have A team player with a customer-oriented approach
