Requirements for Process Officer

Applicant should be under the age of 35 years old and have a Second Class Upper from one of Nigeria’s Universities in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing/Production Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
Applicant should have at least three years of work experience.
Applicant should have a good understanding and application of the Manufacturing Principles-5S
Understanding and application of autonomous maintenance
Understanding and application Principle of CLARIET
A good application of the Manufacturing process- from raw materials to finished goods.

Requirements for Production Supervisor

Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of second class honors division) in Mechanical Engineering with relevant work experience.
Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production.
Applicant should have exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills to ensure that factory operations run smoothly.

Requirements for Quality Health Safety and Environment Officer

Applicant should be under the age of 35 years old and have a minimum Second Class Upper from one of Nigeria’s Universities in Analytical Chemistry
On-the-job experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a laboratory environment.
Applicant must have analytical skills and a mindset
Applicant must be familiar with and able to handle basic laboratory equipment/apparatus
Applicant must have a good knowledge of Quality Assurance (ISO) and be familiar with regulatory policies, standards/ specifications (NAFDAC, SON)
MUST be proactive on the factory floor- presence MUST be felt
Applicant must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision and under pressure in order to release results on time
Good PC skills and Knowledge of Microsoft packages are essential for effective report writing.
Must be flexible in approach to work and shift pattern.
