Requirements for Business Intelligence Analyst
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
Requirements for IT Delivery Manager
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, Delivery Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership, capacity building, and management
- Strong Project and people manager skills with a proven track record
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship management and networking skills
- Certification in ITIL 4 is a plus.
- Impressive and practical understanding of risk management
- Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work, manage, assign, and allocate resources.
- Familiarity with the Telco space is an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Ability to track tasks to completion.
- Capacity to train and guide junior team members
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Software Testing and the technology space end-to-end is an advantage.
Requirements for Software Development Engineer Tester
- 1+ years of technical experience in an SDET or related role.
- Team Leadership experience directing work and mentoring 2 or more Automation QA testers;
- Test complete experience is a big plus;
- Understanding and experience with object-oriented design (OOD);
- Functional/integration tests (3 years);
- Java (4 years);
- Taking ownership of timely, quality software delivery;
- Built automated testing frameworks and experience with Selenium (or similar automation tools);
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and understanding of core Kubernetes concepts (Deployment, Pod, Config Map, Secret);
- Experience developing in at least one of the following languages Java, Python, C#, Ruby;
- The web portal is an AWS application with an Oracle back end;
- Knowledge of common Internet technologies (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, AJAX);
- Knowledge of REST service patterns and other client/server interaction models;
- Experience Java / Angular front end;
