Requirements for Backend Developer (NodeJS) Intern

• Applicant must have a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Applicant must have 1+ years of relevant software development experience
• Prior experience in Node.js
• Applicant must have knowledge of Next.js, E-commerce tools, Contentful, API payment, and AWS Lambda is nice to have
• Applicant must have excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Applicant must be fluent in English communication.

Requirements for  Software Development Engineer Tester

• Applicant must have 1+ years of technical experience in an SDET or related role.
• Applicant must have team Leadership experience directing work and mentoring 2 or more Automation QA testers;
• Test complete experience is a big plus;
• Applicant must have understanding and experience with object-oriented design (OOD);
• Functional/integration tests (3 years);
• Java (4 years);
• Taking ownership of timely, quality software delivery;
• Built automated testing frameworks and experience with Selenium (or similar automation tools);
• Applicant must have familiarity with Kubernetes and an understanding of core Kubernetes concepts (Deployment, Pod, Config Map, Secret);
• Applicant must have experience developing in at least one of the following languages Java, Python, C#, Ruby;
• The web portal is an AWS application with an Oracle back end;
• Applicant must have knowledge of common Internet technologies (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, AJAX);
• Applicant must have knowledge of REST service patterns and other client/server interaction models;
• Experience Java / Angular front end;

Requirements for IT Delivery Manager

• Applicant should possess a B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, Delivery Management, or a related field
• Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership, capacity building, and management
• Strong Project and people manager skills with a proven track record
• Applicant must have expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Applicant must have exceptional relationship management and networking skills
• Certification in ITIL 4 is a plus.
• Applicant must have an impressive and practical understanding of risk management
• Applicant must have solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
• Applicant must have the ability to work, manage, assign, and allocate resources.
• Applicant must have familiarity with the Telco space is an added advantage.
• Applicant must have strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Applicant must have the ability to track tasks to completion.
• Applicant must have the capacity to train and guide junior team members
• Applicant must have the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Applicant must have the readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Applicant’s Knowledge of Software Testing and the technology space end-to-end is an advantage.
