Requirements for Business Process Excellence Partner

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience with an emphasis on Engineering or Business.
• Applicants Must Have 7-10 years of related experience in BPO or Tech Enterprise.
• Applicants Must Have Business Analytics, Operational Excellence, Process Optimization, and Quality Experience are a must, while experience in Project/Program Management or leading continuous improvement initiatives/projects is nice to have.
• Applicants Must Have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification along with Business Process Optimization Methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean/ Green/Black Belt Certification), ITIL, or related.
• Applicants Must Have Proficient with various Reporting Solutions (PBI, Excel, etc.) and office productivity applications (Visio, Project, & PowerPoint).
• Applicants Must Have Prior experience in customer support with a strong understanding of delivery and process excellence as well as in quickly ramping in new areas and keeping up with the pace of change and navigating through diverse virtual cross-functional teams.
• Applicants Must Have Process and results-oriented, agile, adaptable, analytical, data-driven, critical-thinker, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to analyze data and deliver insights to support the narrative in focus.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, influencing, coordination, and presentation skills, and overall cross-functional integration.

Requirements for HR Business Partner

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Applicants Must Have Previous experience working within an HR department as either an HR Generalist or HRBP, particularly with HRIS and payroll-related systems and in the administration of Human Resources programs.
• Applicants Must Have Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the applicable labor law and practices along with a strong understanding of MS Office tools.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Applicants Must Have Accuracy, attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidential information, as well as flexibility, self-motivation, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a team.

Requirements for Recruiter

• Applicants Must Have At least 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment as an in-house recruiter, headhunter, or within a recruitment agency, preferably in a technology services environment.
• Applicants Must Have An active, hardworking, enthusiastic nature and a willingness to work overtime.
• Applicants Must Have Natural networking ability and a love of meeting new people.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Applicants Must Have Experience working with an ATS preferred.
