Requirements for Workshop Manager

Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any relevant field, Certification from a professional Institute, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience in workshop supervision or technical procurement and warehousing.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of workshop equipment and processes as well as mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles.
Proficiency in using workshop management software and auto-truck diagnostic systems, methods, and tools.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements for Mills and Plant Installation Engineer

10+ years of experience in the Design and Installation of plants and Mills
Experience in palm oil mill building is an added advantage
Good knowledge of international design codes and standards
Good sense of organization, ability to prioritize activities, identify critical aspects, propose way forward, lead specialist and third parties, summarize and present complex design issues.
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
Ability to work anywhere across Nigeria.

Requirements for Electrical Sales Engineer (Oil & Gas)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the company’s products or services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Power Engineering, from a reputable University.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Availability to travel when needed
Experience 5-10years in sales Preferred experience in AVRs panel builders, Digital Meters and power factor, power distribution, VOLTAGE SWITCH, switchboard and gear, electrical components
Solid sales and negotiation skills to effectively sell and close deals.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges and propose solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Market awareness in LV & MV panel manufacturing and power distribution of governmental customers.
Very good user of Microsoft Office programs.
Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
