Requirements for Senior Executive Assistant
- Applicant should possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable University.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years post-graduate relevant experience within a structured environment.
- Applicant must have full knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Applicant must have experience with and exposure to key social media platforms and IT.
- Applicant must have the ability to multitask and work long and extended hours.
- Applicant must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Applicant must be confident, proactive, and able to stand alone and complete duties unsupervised.
- Applicant must be ready to travel at short notice
- Interest in politics will be an added advantage.
Requirements for Head of Projects (Electrical)
- Applicant must possess a minimum of First Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution or equivalent.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years experience with evidence of at least three large projects related to the above in which he played a leadership role.
- Applicant must have project management and experience with large projects.
- Applicant must have working knowledge of AutoCAD and also other design software is an advantage
- Applicant must have experience with techno-commercial issues including tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Applicant must have good communication skills both oral and written
- Applicant must have excellent project management and organizational skills
- Applicant must have demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office
- Applicant must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead a team to deliver great results.
Requirements for Business Development Manager
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 8 years work experience.
