Requirements for Junior Commercial Officer
- Applicant should possess a minimum of B.Sc / HND in Quantity Survey or Engineering from a reputable institution with 5 years of experience
- Project Management training and certification are an advantage.
- Applicant must have good communication skills both oral and written
- Applicant must have excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft office suite especially Excel
- Applicant must pay excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Requirements for Head of MEP (Nigerian)
- Applicant should possess a minimum of First degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution or equivalent.
- Project Management training and experience. Certification is an advantage
- Possess basic knowledge of electrical installations
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and also other design software
- Experience with techno-commercial issues including tendering, contract negotiation, and Vendor Management
- Applicant must have theoretical design and site implementation
- Applicant should have a minimum of 15 years of work experience with evidence of at least three large projects related to the above in which he played a leadership role
- The ability to design will be an added advantage
- Applicant must have good communication skills both oral and written
- Applicant must have excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a team to deliver great results.
Requirements for General Manager, Finance
- Applicant should possess a first Degree in Accounting or a related area of study
- Professional Qualification from a recognized Accounting Body (FCA, CA/ACCA)
- Applicant must have a minimum of 8 years of work experience including:
- Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets advantageous)
- Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
- Experience in using analytical techniques to interpret data
- Commercial acumen/insights
- Applicant must have good communication skills both oral and written
- Applicant must have excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a team to deliver great results.
