Requirements for FullStack App Developer (Remote)

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Applicants will have 3+ years of mobile development experience as well as experience working specifically on React Native and Redux (2+ years)
Applicants Must Have 1+ years minimum experience in C#
Applicants Must Have Deeply understanding of REST API and offline storage
Applicants Must Have Experience creating native and cross-platform mobile apps
Applicants Must Have the Ability to translate a beautiful UI/UX design into solid, high-performing code
Applicants Must Have Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Applicants Must Have a Solid understanding of the React Native ecosystem and its core principles
Applicants Must Have Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Applicants Must Have .NET Standard (or .NET Core), ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, SQL Server, and Visual Studio
Applicants Must Have Experience with REST services integration in mobile clients
Applicants Must Have Basic knowledge of the Apple App Store, and Google Play Store, including store policies, publishing, deployments, and provisioning
Applicants Must Have Strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to learn and apply new ideas quickly
Applicants Must Have Experience working in a cloud-hybrid environment or AWS is a plus
Applicants Must Have Off-hours support may be needed at times

Requirements for UX / UI Designer

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND qualification
Applicants Must Have 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI Design or a similar product design role
Applicants Must Have Experience with design software such as Figma, Canva, Miro, Adobe Suite, or similar
Applicants Must Have End to end / full life cycle design experience
Applicants Must Have Prototyping and wireframing experience
Applicants Must Have Experience working on in-house software products, ideally payroll platforms would be a big advantage, but not essential.
Applicants Must Have Ideally a good understanding of web technology and design, or front-end tech like HTML / CSS. This is desirable, not essential.

Requirements for Full Stack Web Developer

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, Master’s Degree, or OND qualification
Applicants Must Have At least 3 years of experience working with PHP/WordPress
Applicants Must Have Experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, ruby, and Drupal
Applicants Must Have Experience with MySQL, AJAX, and other web technologies
Applicants Must Have Experience in designing UI/UX
Applicants Must Have Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of SEO best practices
Applicants Must Have Excellent attention to detail
Applicants Must Have Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
