Requirements for Social Media Marketing Intern

• Assist in creating and executing social media marketing strategies
• Develop and create engaging social media content
• Monitor and manage social media channels and communities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns
• Analyse social media performance and provide insights
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media platforms.

Requirements for Content Marketing Lead

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Content Marketing
• Proven work experience as a Lead in a Content Marketing Team and Strategy
• Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software.
• Understanding of web publishing requirements.
• An editorial mindset with the ability to predict audience preferences.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Expertise in social media platforms
• Proficiency with social media analytics
• Project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

Requirements for Senior Manager, Operations

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College
• Master’s and/or MBA are preferred
• Start-up experience preferred
• Engineering background preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in developing broad-scoped business relationships and managing and growing Business Operations
• Comfortable using computers
• Expertise with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to use Google suites
• Ability to develop, layout, and follow through on detailed business plans and programs
• Practical and effective problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiating ability
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
