Requirements for Head of Logistics

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role
• Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
• Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Customer focused
• Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail skills.

Requirements for IT Manager

• Minimum qualification of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or B program.Sc in Electrical Engineering or related academic discipline required
• At least 5-7 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities.
• MCP or MCSE will be an added advantage.
• Ability to diagnose, identify, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues quickly and correctly
• Solid knowledge of operating system configuration and troubleshooting Windows systems
• Knowledge of server configuration and standard network operations services – DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, HYPER-V, SMTP, POP, IMAP, HTTPS, synchronization, time, file and print services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008/2012 R2, Group Policy Administration, Office 365, and backup solutions
• Ability to manage own priorities
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Requirements for IT Officer

• Minimum qualification of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or B program.Sc in Electrical Engineering or related academic discipline required
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to explain complex ideas to others
• Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities.
• Proficient ability to remain highly effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and the organization.
• Ability to diagnose, identify, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues quickly and correctly
• Solid knowledge of operating system configuration and troubleshooting Windows systems
• Knowledge of server configuration and standard network operations services – DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, HYPER-V, SMTP, POP, IMAP, HTTPS, synchronization, time, file and print services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008/2012 R2, Group Policy Administration, Office 365, and backup solutions
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Must have strong communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment, which may require extended hours to meet time deadlines.
