Requirements for Human Resources Manager

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Applicants Must Have 3 – 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role within the financial sector, preferably in a microfinance bank.
Applicants Must Have Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants Must Have Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Applicants Must Have Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Applicants Must Have HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.

Requirements for Credit Risk Officer

Applicants Must Have a Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years prior experience in a similar role within the banking or financial industry is preferred.
Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Applicants Must Have Problem solving, Critical Thinking, and detail-oriented.
Applicants Must Have Analytical skills and thorough attention to detail.
Applicants Must Have Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.

Requirements for Compliance and Internal Control Officer

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a compliance/ internal control role.
Applicants Must Have Strong knowledge of regulatory concepts, practices, principles, and procedures of strategic planning and reporting to regulatory authorities.
Applicants Must Have Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products.
Applicants Must Have Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Applicants Must Have Creative and flexible, with the ability to understand business constraints and requirements.
