Requirements for Realtor
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, or OND qualification with 3 – 11 years of work experience.
- Applicant must be educated
- Applicant must be computer literate and social media savvy
- Applicant must have experience in the real estate industry
- Applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a positive relationship with clients
- Applicant must live within close proximity to Lekki phase 1
- Applicant must be willing to work weekends if the need arises.
- Job is mainly based on earning commissions asides from salary.
- It’s performance-driven.
Requirements for Accountant
- Applicant should possess a B.Sc Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- ICAN or ACCA certification is a plus
- Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in a finance role
- Finance experience in an NGO space or in managing projects is an advantage
- Applicant must have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles,
- Applicant must have the ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Applicant must have data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (ERP software or SAGE 50)
- Applicant must be proficient in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements for Human Resource Officer
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Master’s Degree qualification with 5 – 15 years of work experience.
- Commercial awareness
- Applicant must have effective organizational skills
- Applicant must have the ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
- Teamwork skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Numerical skills
- IT skills.
