Requirements for Sales Representative
- Applicant should possess a minimum of OND in any relevant field
- Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a sales rep in a supermarket
- Applicant must be able to effect Supermarket volume sale growth within the designated accounts
- Applicant must be smart and presentable.
Requirements for Treasury Sales Manager
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, and related fields.
- MBA/MSc will be an added advantage
- Applicant must have a minimum of 6 years experience as a sales manager in financial services.
- Applicant must have operational Excellence and efficiency
- Applicant must have strategy Development and Implementation
- Applicant must have commercial awareness/interest
- Applicant must have leadership and team-building skills with a high level of integrity
- Applicant must have deep knowledge of treasury management
- Applicant must have excellent presentation skills
- Applicant must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Applicant must have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
- Customer Success and Experience.
Requirements for Finance Manager
- Applicant should possess a B.Sc in Finance or Accounting
- MBA or Msc will be an added advantage
- Professional Qualification like ACCA/ICAN, or its equivalent is essential
- 10 years experience preferably at a senior manager level in a financial services company with diverse experience that should cover corporate and business banking.
- Financial/commercial management exposure
- Our ideal candidate must be ready to grow into a CFO role.
