Requirements for Key Accounts Executive

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
2 years experience in sales in FMCG.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify customer needs and position our products/services accordingly.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive and impactful sales pitches.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and resilient attitude.

Requirements for Sales Data Analyst

4 years of experience in data analysis. Preferably with some experience in sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements for Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations Procurement Specialist

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Five to seven years experience as an MRO Procurement Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance-intensive organization.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations, with expertise in MRO sourcing and supplier management.
Proficient in utilizing procurement software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant tools to manage procurement activities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance related to MRO supplies and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to resolving procurement-related issues.
