Requirements for Manager, Manufacturing Operations
- Candidate Must Have to BE. Degree
- Candidate Must Have +8 years’ experience in the FMCG environment. Preferably Aerosol manufacturing.
- Candidate Must Have A high degree of IR skills
- Candidate Must Have the Ability to motivate team members.
- MRP/Computer literacy.
Requirements for HR Business Partner
- Candidate Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or related discipline
- Candidate Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience and/or related HR lead, preferably within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
- Candidate Must Have Familiarity with HRIS systems or similar large databases, Workday experience preferred
- Candidate Must Have Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Nigeria.
- Must showcase strong time management skills, and successful relationship building with diverse clients
- Candidate Must Have Experience and/or ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities
- Candidate Must Have Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to perform well in a team environment and resolve/diffuse sensitive issues with assigned client groups
Requirements for Associate Manager – Engineering Generalist, Site Engineering
- Candidate Must Have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree
- Candidate Must Have 6 – 10 years of maintenance and engineering experience (production, project, process, site, facilities) and project management at a manufacturing facility.
- Lean or TPM experience in an FMCG environment
- Exposure to high-risk operations such as plants operating and handling flammable & combustible materials in FMCG
- Candidate Must Have Experience with MS Project is an added advantage
- Candidate Must Have Knowledge and Use of AutoCAD or equivalent.
- Exposure to an FMCG environment; at least 2 Years
- Lean / TPM manufacturing experience – mastery of the lean principles and the transformation approach across Operating Systems
- Management Infrastructure, Mindset, Behaviors, and Capabilities
- Excellent management skills and leadership experience Very good level of communication in English
- Technically strong and capable of hands-on engagement in production activities
- Good project management skills
- Good presentation skills
- Collaboration with business partners
- Easily adaptable to new working environments and able to harness the right support, being seen as a valuable resource
- Development-oriented and with organizational excellence
- Strategic thinking is an added advantage.
