Requirements for Human Resources (HR) Assistant (Female)

• Applicant should possess B.Sc. in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years cognate experience
• Applicant must have proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Applicant must be Proficient in Excel or Google sheet.
• Applicant must have familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
• Applicant must have Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Applicant must have excellent organizational skills
• Applicant must have strong communication and presentation skills

Requirements for Market Researcher

• Applicant should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Applicant must have 0 – 2 years of proven Market Research Analysis experience.
• Applicant must have the ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.
• Applicant must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Applicant must have excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, or similar), databases, and MS Office
• Applicant must have familiarity with CRM programs.
• Applicant must have adequate knowledge of data collection methods.
• Applicant must have a working knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, and mining.
• Applicant must have strong analytical and critical thinking.

Requirements for Truck Driver

• Applicant should possess a minimum of an SSCE or ND / NCE.
• Applicant must have 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license is highly required
• Applicant must have Proven work experience as a Truck Driver
• Applicant must have Knowledge of Lagos roads routes is very essential
• Applicant must possess defensive driving skills
• Applicant must have the ability to drive long hours is essential
• Applicant must be proficient at driving and parking large trucks.
• Applicant must be physically fit and strong.
• Applicant must be able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
• Applicant must have extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
