Requirements for Business Development Supervisor

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent. An MBA or Master will be an added advantage.
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 6 years of working experience in similar/relevant roles in the power sector or related
Experience in a gas commercial with understanding and experience in natural gas sales and negotiation
Applicants Must Have Experience with the development and implementation of a business development strategy
Applicants Must Have Proven ability to negotiate effectively and handle conflict resolution
Applicants Must Have Commercially savvy in engaging customers, internal and external stakeholders; building strong and trusted networks.
Applicants Must Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and stakeholders
Applicants Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
Applicants Must Have the Capacity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment and under pressure
Applicants Must Have Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Requirements for Project Supervisor

Applicants should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
2 – 4 years of cognate working experience (Post-NYSC) in a similar role/ relevant field of project management.
Ability to work in an innovative and creative team-oriented office and field/site environment from time to time.
Applicants Must be adept at organizational, business acumen, time management, product deployment, and communication skills.
Applicants Must Have Applicants Must Have Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio), PowerBI, Tableau & Google Analytics.
Applicants Must Have Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of power & energy sectors including the legal and policy frameworks governing utility distribution in Nigeria.
Applicants Must Have Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and use project management tools.
Applicants Must Have Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment, with sensitivity and respect for diversity, as well as the ability to build trust amongst other team members.

Requirements for Corporate Finance Associate

Applicants Must Have Successful candidates will have at least an Undergraduate Degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Applicants Must Have 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry, preferably in energy finance or related corporate, financial advisory, and investment banking roles;
Applicants Must Have A good understanding of and enthusiasm for the energy sector, including business strategy and operations, processes, and key drivers of profitability and ROI, for modeling purposes;
Applicants Must Have Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques, as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projections;
Applicants Must Have Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with mastery in written communication and presentations;
Applicants Must Have Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally;
Applicants Must be able to multi-task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds; and
Applicants Must Have Personable team players, with the ability to gain the confidence and trust of colleagues.
