Requirements for Cook / Chef (African and Continental Dishes)

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree
• Candidates Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of work experience
• Candidates Must Have a Culinary certificate is an added advantage.
• Candidates Must Have Proven work experience as a Chef/Cook
• Candidates Must Have Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
• Candidates Must Have Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
• Candidates Must Have Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Candidates Must Have Excellent time management abilities
• Candidates Must Have Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Candidates Must Have Familiarity with sanitation regulations.

Requirements for Receptionist

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• Candidates Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Candidates Must Have very good knowledge of hotel reservations software

Requirements for Manager

• Candidates Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• Candidates Must Have A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management
• Candidates Must Have Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Candidates Must Have Previous experience in Hotel or short lets management and data entry software, with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in marketing, especially in targeting high-caliber guests and VIPs, is an advantage.
