Requirements for HR Manager
- Applicants Must Have a Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Applicants Must Have 6 – 10 years of work experience.
- Applicants Must Have Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Applicants Must Have People oriented and results-driven
- Applicants Must Have Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of HR systems and databases
