Requirements for Statutory Accountants

Applicants must Have a Degree in Accounting. Professional membership such as ACA or ACCA or a master’s degree in accounting or a business-related field will be an advantage.
Applicants must Have 3 – 5 years of work experience.
Possess working experience across Financial management, reporting and analysis, Budgeting and planning, and Strategic Business Review with the application of IFRS.
Applicants must Be experienced in Accounts payable, receivables and bank reconciliation, and fixed assets management.
Possess interpersonal and good leadership abilities.
Applicants must Be able to liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other service providers.

Requirements for Head of Finance and Account

Applicants must Have Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Finance and Accounting or a related field; MBA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance is a plus;
Applicants must Have Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCAorCFA
Applicants must Have 7-10 years of Solid knowledge of all other finance operations including treasury, payments, accounting for foreign exchange transactions, and controls in high volume either in the financial sector or telecommunication.
Applicants must Have Strong analytical skillset both numerical as well as legal
Applicants must Have Advanced computer software skills, especially Excel (ability to work with complex formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
Applicants must Have a Strong combination of technical, leadership, written & oral communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Applicants must Have Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
Applicants must Have Proficiency in managing projects&programs and maintaining metrics
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Applicants must Have an Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns;
Applicants must be a Proficient user of accounting software;
Applicants must Have Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

Requirements for Sales Representative

Applicants must Have OND qualification
Applicants must Have At least 2 years of experience in sales.
Applicants must Have an Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Applicants must Commit to excellent customer service.
Applicants must Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Applicants must be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must Have Experience working in a telecoms company, especially in the sales of bulk recharge cards is added advantage
