Requirements for Audit Officer

• Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or banking and finance.
• Applicant must have 1-2 working experiences as an Audit Officer.
• Knowledge of compliance concerning CBN regulations and guidelines is a plus
• Applicant must have good knowledge of computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
• Applicants must have the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.
• Applicant must have proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Sound judgment and outspoken.
• Applicant must reside around the Awoyaya axis of Ibeju Lekki.
• Applicant must be able to conduct an independent investigation and give a fair judgment/report
• To perform any other duties assigned by management
• Applicant must have the ability to work as a team and must be e team player

Requirements for Marketing Officer

• Applicant should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree qualification in any field.
• 0 – 2 years experience.
• Applicant must have proven experience as a marketer in a microfinance firm.
• Applicant must have experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
• Applicant must be an energetic and self-motivated person who can withstand pressure and work with minimal supervision.
• Applicant must have excellent communication and people skills.
• Adequate persuading skills.
• Applicant must have the ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
• Applicant must reside around Ajah, Awoyaya, and Ibeju-Lekki, axis.

Requirements for Recovery Officer

• Applicant must have a minimum of a B.Sc in any field preferred for organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Applicant must have 1 – 2 years experience as a recovery officer.
• Applicant must have proven experience as a debt collector.
• Applicant must have experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
• Applicant must have knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
• Applicant must have a working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
• Applicant must have excellent communication and people skills.
• Applicant must have good negotiating and persuading skills.
• Applicant must have the ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
• Applicant must reside around AJah, Awoyaya, and Ibeju Lekki axis.
