Requirements for Learning & Development Manager

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Applicants Must Have A minimum of 10 years of experience.

• Applicants Must Have Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and adult learning principles.

• Applicants Must Have Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
