Requirements for Assistant Company Secretary
- LLB degree from an Accredited University.
- BL
- At least ten (10) years post-call experience
- Governance and/or company secretarial-related experience in a law firm or in-house role.
Requirements for IT Control Analyst
- B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technology-related degrees.
- Applicable IT Certification is a plus (e.g., CISA/CISM/CRISC/CISCO)
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing IT Audit / Control functions.
Requirements for Compliance Manager
- B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a Managerial position/role.
- Compliance experience in a CBN-regulated entity.
- A master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
