Requirements for Training / Marketing / Sales Officer

• Must have a minimum of a First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
• This person must have at least 4 years of work experience in the marketing of training programs and must demonstrate track records of business deals won in the past. Kindly note this strictly.
• Must be able to work with little supervision involved
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner with and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Requirements for Digital Marketing / SEO Specialist

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Develop strong and very creative graphical content and publish weekly articles/newsletters
• Develop monthly digital marketing strategies to drive sales
• Drive sales for the company based on monthly targets
• Report Marketing analytics.
• Social media marketing.
• Pay-per-click and social media advertising.
• Email marketing.
• Storytelling.
• Research advertising trends.
• Research competitors’ pricing and products.
• Decide on the appropriate placement of ads.
• Determine what content will reach customers.
• Develop projects to create content.
• Publish digital marketing content online.
• Implement email marketing campaigns.
• Test, collect, and analyze data, identify SEO trends, and gain insights about target customers’ likes and dislikes to maximize ROI from an SEO campaign
• Track, report, and analyze web analytics data and the various search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns
• Manage campaign costs, ensure budgets are not exceeded, calculate monthly campaign costs, and take necessary steps to adhere to the budgets
• Optimize website copy and landing pages for SEM
• Undertake research, expansion, and refinement of keyword
• Research and understand the SEO efforts of competitors
• Develop and execute off-page SEO through link building.

Requirements for Logistics Account Manager

• 2 years of broker experience is preferred.
• Significant highway service knowledge, including demonstrable direct relationships within the shipping community.
• Demonstrable business development and sales successes.
• Demonstrable operations knowledge.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Must possess basic PC skills- Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and making decisions with limited supervision.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to provide oral and written reports, and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, team members, and managers.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
