Requirements for Administrative Assistant

• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of BSc / HND in a related field
• Applicants Must Have Similar experience in a role related to front desk work, customer service, and administrative skills, particularly in the healthcare field is a plus
• Applicants Must Have Computer skills and the ability to navigate Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Applicants Must Have Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and customer service skills
• Applicants Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Applicants Must Have Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and goal-driven
• Applicants Must Have Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting processes is a plus.
• Applicants Must be Comfortable working 8 am-8 pm shift and on weekends.

Requirements for Product Manager – Claims

• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager in a Product-led organization, preferably in the insurance or health-tech space.
• Applicants Must Have Experience in taking a product from concept to launch, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions
• Applicants Must Have Experience building global products or driving the localization of products
• Applicants Must Have Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
• Applicants Must be Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which modern technologies to invest in or leverage.
• Applicants Must Have Strong business acumen, attention to detail, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for solving problems
• Applicants can build trust with key stakeholders to align multiple teams and deliver on strategic initiatives; experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Applicants Must Have good organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task, and prioritize
• Applicants Must Have good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate their product vision in simple and easy-to-understand language for a broad audience, including senior management, your teams, as well as colleagues from within and outside the team

Requirements for Pharmacy Technician

• Applicants Must Have a Certificate of Pharmacy Technician is compulsory
• Applicants Must Have Registration with the Board of Pharmacy and a current practicing license as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 1-year experience working as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to process prescriptions electronically and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to provide patient counseling (advising in multiple relevant languages is a plus).
• Applicants Must Have Familiarity with and ability to use technological tools including Microsoft Office suite of products and popular social media platforms.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent written and oral communication.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to communicate medical concepts in clear layman’s language.
• Applicants Must Have Supply and inventory management skills.
• Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of dispensing commonly prescribed medications.
