Requirements for Healthcare Assistant

• Must possess at least an OND, SSCE, or equivalent
• Additional training or certification as a Healthcare Assistant or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
• Physical stamina and skill to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements for Hospital Porter

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and patients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of hospital safety and infection control protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements for Head of Laundry

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Hospitality Management, Business Administration) is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in laundry operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
