Requirements for Manual Test Engineer

• Applicants Must Have 5+ years of experience using test applications such as Postman, Appium, and SQL management studio.
• Applicants Must Have Experience in Agile Methodology in Full SDLC.
• Applicants Must Understands the concepts of Behaviour Driven Design/Development (BDD)
• Applicants Must Have Hands-on experience with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA
• Applicants Must Have CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Development) experience with GIT and Jenkins.

Requirements for Senior Marketing Manager

• Applicants Must Have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing preferably in a SaaS, e-Commerce, and/or marketplace company
• Applicants Must Have Strong branding, thought leadership, content strategy, and execution background
• Applicants Must Have Demonstrated ability as a strong storyteller and crafter to establish differentiation
• Applicants Must Have Strong demand generation and growth hacking experience through the creation of lead generation campaigns on the appropriate channels, content creation to generate CTAs, and planning and execution of events/webinars
• Applicants Must Have a Deep understanding of the African markets, including connections to relevant partners
• Applicants Must Have Demonstrated the capacity to take data-informed decisions and assess business performance
• Applicants Must Have Deep experience working closely with PR, Marketing, and creative teams on regional initiatives: identify opportunities for regional partnerships or marketing campaigns and drive into the markets
• Applicants Must Have Demonstrable experience creating sales enablement strategy and content to drive engagement and CTA with B2B buyers and stakeholders

Requirements for Finance Manager

• Applicants Must Have BCom, Bcom Hons, or CA (SA) qualified with 4 years post qualification experience
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience in monthly management accounts production
• Applicants Must Have A proactive and commercial mindset with exceptional communication skills
• Applicants Must Have Strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills, experience building macros is preferred but not required
• Applicants Must Have Proficient at using accounting software, ideally Xero or Netsuite
• Applicants Must Have Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Applicants Must Have Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
