Requirements for Supply Planning Manager

Must have a BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or another related discipline.
Must have 2 – 3 years of professional planning experience which could include: inventory, supply chain management, production planning, distribution and logistics, shipping and receiving, or forecasting.
Work experience within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Work experience within the fast-moving consumer goods industry
Must have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Must have solid working knowledge using an MRP system (SAP strongly preferred)
Must have strong computer skills, especially using Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets and perform advanced formulas and functions.
Team player – involves working with different departments
Very strong computer skills (excel, SAP (preferred) etc.)
Data-driven & hands-on approach when necessary. Understand Letter of Credit, Shipping, and local Port Clearing process.
Effective leader skills to be able to drive projects to completion.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively manage and lead a team.

Requirements for Import and Export Executive

Bachelor’s Degree in International Marketing, Export or Import Trading, or equivalent
3+ years Import/Export experience
Strong background in importing and exporting
Excellent organizational skills.
Track record of over-achieving quota
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure.

Requirements for R&D Operations Assistant

Technician Certificate, Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree equivalent to the region in chemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering, or other relevant science
1-2 years of R&D experience with a proven track record of delivery.
An excellent technical problem solver.
Project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are desirable.
Experience in generating technical documentation and reports.
Good formulation knowledge and understanding of chemical interactions.
Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify and communicate risks.
Capable of building strong working relationships and strong networking skills
Good analytical skills
Strong intellectual curiosity, and appetite for exploring new and previously uncharted territories.
Good communication skills both written and oral in English and good presentation skills
Performance testing and market research knowledge are desirable
Application of quality, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
