Requirements for Human Resource / Admin Manager
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Business Administration, Social Science, or any related field of study and HR certification CIPM.
- 1-2 years of Experience in the same role with proven success especially in the Real Estate Industry
- Proven experience as an HR officer, or administrator
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability.
Requirements for Sales Representative
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of Experience in sales with proven success especially in the Real Estate Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent sales and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements for Accountant
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance.
- 1-2 years of Experience in accounting with proven success, especially in the Real Estate Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks, QuickBooks, Zohobooks
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Additional certification (ICAN) is a plus
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on exceeding goals
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting strategies and systems.
