Requirements for Supply Chain Coordinator
- Applicant should possess a First Degree in Quantity Surveying, Accountancy, or a related course.
- Applicant must have a minimum (5) of five years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Procurement Specialist.
- Applicant must have basic knowledge of Construction industry standards & practices
- Applicant must have strong Negotiating Skills
- Applicant must have strong Relationship Management
- Applicant must be an intermediate-level user of EXCEL and have the ability to master ERP systems
- Applicant must have the ability to read and understand construction drawings and Bills of Quantities.
Requirements for Technical Sales Representative
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Applicant must have 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Sales Representative in a Manufacturing/Engineering Company
- Sound Knowledge of mechanical aspects (eg: Mills, Heat Exchangers, flanges, crusher types of machinery)
- Have Sales, Presentation, Proposals, Report writing, and Leadership competencies
- Have the know-how with regard to methods of engineering (Bolting Patterns, measuring, identification of sizes, etc)
- Be able to be compliant with Safety and Corporate rules.
- Applicant must have good to exceeding expectations when coming to time management.
- Should be able to prioritize workflow and handle an appropriate quantity of work with accuracy.
- Be up to date with technological advancements in the region
- Applicant must demonstrate the ability to offer innovative solutions.
- Applicants must be able to adapt quickly to the task at hand.
- Has to have the agility to conduct himself professionally in difficult situations.
- Demonstrate good Communication and Interpersonal skills and collaborate with all involved
- Demonstrate ability to acquire Company’s product knowledge and benefit from Training.
- Needs to be able to carry out site surveys, review his own work and check for correctness, accuracy, and completeness.
- Needs to welcome constructive feedback and improve on lessons learned.
- Possess sound technological proficiencies; MS Office Suite etc.
Requirements for Divisional Director, Proptech Services
- Applicant should possess a First Degree
- Applicant must have a minimum of four (4) years’ work experience as a product manager
- Applicant must have verifiable experience with a failed product launch including recovery testimonials.
- Fluency and functional understanding of object-oriented languages
- Applicant must have a strong understanding & working knowledge of coding languages, particularly Python, Typescript, JavaScript, and C#
- Understanding of software coding and development life cycle including coding standards, reviews, source control management, build control, testing, and marketplace operations
