Requirements for Infrastructure Security Engineer

Applicants Must Have Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network Security Engineer.
Applicants Must Have Very strong foundational knowledge of information technology.
Applicants Must Have Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles.
Applicants Must Have Strong understanding of systems architecture.
Applicants Must Have Very good understanding of cloud engineering, routing & switching, access-Lists, NAT, and other networking concepts.
Applicants Must Have Understanding of application tiers & segmentation.
Applicants Must Have Understanding of service-oriented architecture.
Applicants Must Have Understanding of web services security.
Applicants Must Have Extensive experience and expertise working with information security solutions, including data loss prevention, intrusion detection and prevention, network security monitoring, and vulnerability management amongst others.
Applicants Must Have Experience in implementing security controls using standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 is an added advantage.
Applicants Must Be proactive, very observant, pay close attention to details, have an analytical mind, good problem-solving skills, risk intolerant, and process driven.
You live and breathe security; you have bags of energy and obsess about security & trust!
Applicants Must Have Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, CEH, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE, CHFI, and CISSP are an added advantage.

Requirements for Compliance Officer

Applicants Must Have Minimum of First Degree in any discipline is required.
Applicants Must Have 2 – 3 years’ experience in Compliance. Audit and Risk may be considered.
Applicants Must Have Ability to communicate clearly, learn fast and be flexible.
Applicants Must Have A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering results.
Applicants Must Have Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong project management, time management, and organisational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Applicants Must Have A Compliance certification (CAMS, CAFCA, DCP etc.)

Requirements for Retention Specialist

Applicants Must Have 0-2 years of experience in customer retention
Applicants Must Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are able to work very well with data and analyse trends
Applicants Must Have Remarkable communication skills
Applicants Must Have Experience leading a retention team.
Applicants Must Have Crypto experience
Applicants Must Have Fintech experience.
