Requirements for Digital Marketing Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Should currently be within the Banking Officer (BO) – Assistant Manager (AM) grade level.
  • Desired Location – Lagos.

Requirements for Relationship Manager

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degrees in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the financial sector.
  • Should currently be working with Commercial Bank in Nigeria
  • Should currently be within the Assistant Banking Officer (ABO) – Assistant Manager (AM) grade level.

Requirements for Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration or related field
  • Professional certification (CIPM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, head hunter, handling staff onboarding, etc.
  • Accountability: Being accountable and passing on accountability for one’s actions and those of colleagues and the organization.
  • Attention to detail: The ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently.
  • Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with others to achieve a shared goal – even when the object at stake is of no direct personal interest possibilities.
  • Creativity: The ability to come up with original and innovative ideas and solutions, and to adopt points of view outside the usual parameters.
  • Focus on Quality: Setting high-quality standards and striving for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Learning Ability: The ability to absorb new information readily and to put it into practice effectively.
  • Adaptability: The ability to remain fully functional by adapting to changing circumstances.
