Requirements for Digital Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role
Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Should currently be within the Banking Officer (BO) – Assistant Manager (AM) grade level.
Desired Location – Lagos.

Requirements for Relationship Manager

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degrees in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the financial sector.
Should currently be working with Commercial Bank in Nigeria
Should currently be within the Assistant Banking Officer (ABO) – Assistant Manager (AM) grade level.

Requirements for Talent Acquisition Specialist

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration or related field
Professional certification (CIPM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, head hunter, handling staff onboarding, etc.

Attention to detail: The ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently.
Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with others to achieve a shared goal – even when the object at stake is of no direct personal interest possibilities.

Focus on Quality: Setting high-quality standards and striving for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Learning Ability: The ability to absorb new information readily and to put it into practice effectively.
Adaptability: The ability to remain fully functional by adapting to changing circumstances.
