Requirements for Training / Admin Officer

Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Development, Human Relations, Administration, or any related field
Proven experience as an Admin/Training Officer
Sound interest in the automotive industry
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem-solving resolution skills and a team focus.
Ability to effectively coordinate training activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Requirements for Driver

SSCE / OND / B.Sc in any field of study
Minimum of 5 years driving experience
A valid Driver’s license
Great knowledge of Abuja road networks
Applicants MUST reside in Abuja or neighboring States for proximity to work.

Requirements for Maintenance Officer – Mechanical

BSc / HND in mechanical engineering from a reputable tertiary institution.
Knowledge of CAT diesel generators is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines and equipment is highly desired.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults using test probes, multi mentors, etc.
Computer literate.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 4 – 5 years experience.
Being adaptable and self-driven
Project management and prioritizing

Problem Solving/Analysis
Strategic thinking and strong execution skills.
Excellent leadership and man management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
