Requirements for Learning & Development Officer
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
- Applicants Must Have Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
- Applicants Must Have a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential is a plus.
- Applicants Must Have SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is a plus.

- Applicants Must Have At least 3 years of relevant experience in Credit Analytics.
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the Macro-economic environment

- Applicants Must Have Intermediate knowledge of Ms. Excel, Ms. Access
- Applicants Must Have Formal writing skills
- Applicants Must Have Excellent Communication skills

Requirements for Compensation & Benefit Officer
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Applicants Must Have At least 5 years of working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
- Applicants Must Have Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Applicants Must Have Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys
- Applicants Must Have Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
- Applicants Must Have Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Applicants Must Have Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
