Requirements for Clinical Trial Manager

Applicants Must Have An MBBS Degree holder plus an additional Master’s in Public Health (MPH) Degree. OR a B.Sc in a Health Science or related Science discipline plus MSc in Public Health, or related discipline.
Applicants Must Have In addition to your entry qualifications, you will be required to register and complete the online CITI course, which is a mandatory ethical compliance course.
Applicants Must Have You will also be required to complete a project management course online if you do not have a recent one but meet all other criteria.
Applicants Must Have Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Applicants Must Have The use of other statistical analysis packages will be required.
Applicants Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication.
Applicants Must Have Organized and able to meet deadlines.
Applicants Must Have Publication(s) in peer-reviewed journals will be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have Certification in project management and basic accounting will be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have Previous experience with clinical trials will be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of Implementation science will be an advantage.

Requirements for Administrative Officer

ApplMinimumMust Have The minimum Qualification is BSc.
Applicants Must Have Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or a similar role
Applicants Must Have Solid knowledge of office procedures
Applicants Must Have Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word specifically)
Applicants Must Have Strong organization and administrative skills with a problem-solving attitude
Applicants Must Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Applicants Must Have Attention to Detail.
Applicants Must Have Good time management and scheduling skills.

Requirements for Operations Manager

The Applicants Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Project Management, Operations Management, or related disciplines). An Advanced Degree is preferred.
Applicants Must Have At least five (5) years of proven experience in healthcare project management, operations, or a related role is required.
Applicants Must Have Project management professional (PMP or equivalent) certification and basic accounting certification assets.
Applicants Must Have Strong strategic planning and analytical skills are essential.
Applicants Must Have Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
Applicants Must Have Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Applicants Must Have Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Applicants Must Have Experience in quality assurance and process improvement is highly desirable.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies are required.
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the clinical trials and/or health research industry is essential.
