Requirements for Structural Engineer

• Proficient in calculations and structural analysis.
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and Strong analytical, design knowledge.
• Knowledge of Engineering codes and standards.
• Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Must reside on the Island.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Structural Engineering or a related field.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fields with 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management skills.
• Experience in creating Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
• Cost Reporting skills
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or related fields is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements for Marketing Manager

• A minimum of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4 – 5 years experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs, and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
• Proven experience in sales management, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software, sales and marketing tools, and metrics for measuring sales performance
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
