Requirements for Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer III

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• 5+ years as a professional Quality Assurance Analyst testing applications with high volume and high-reliability requirements
• Ability to work effectively with little supervision and strong attention to detail in a team environment.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies; supported by solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well with a variety of people with varying technical skill sets.
• Ability to leverage experience to deliver reliable and repeatable tests.
• Broad understanding of quality engineering principles and test methodologies
• Ability to contribute to a vision of the future state of testing by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Basic SQL, Unix/Linux skills
• Experience in manual testing, and automation testing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• 5-year experience in functional, integration, or system testing web-based applications desired
• Experience executing test plans and scripts and verifying expected results.
• Strong understanding of common software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, agile) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools.

Requirements for Backend Engineer

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, java, and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience in developing scalable backend applications using these technologies.
• Proficient in database management using MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
• Experience with socket implementations
• Experience with ISO8583 messaging
• Experience with AWS services for deploying and managing scalable infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, for building and deploying applications.
• Experience with payment processing, including card processors such as NIBSS, UPSL, and ISW
• Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices for protecting data and infrastructure.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in a Fintech environment will be an added advantage.

Requirements for Android EFTPOS Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Android POS app development using Java and Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, payment processing, ISO8583, Socket, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with POS hardware integration (e.g., card readers, barcode scanners).
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and payment security standards (PCI-DSS).
• Experience integrating with card processors such as NIBSS, UPSL, and ISW.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
