Requirements for Backend Engineer

Applicants Must Have Strong proficiency in Node.js, Nest.js, Go, and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience in developing scalable backend applications using these technologies.
Applicants Must Have Proficient in database management using MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
Applicants Must Have Experience with AWS services for deploying and managing scalable infrastructure.
Applicants Must Have a Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and design patterns.
Applicants Must Have Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, for building and deploying applications.
Applicants Must Have Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices for protecting data and infrastructure.
Applicants Must Have Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and collaborative development workflows.

Requirements for Senior Analyst, Operations

Applicants Must Have BSc/BA in Business, Administration, Accounting, or other relevant fields.
Applicants Must Have 3+ years of proven experience as an Operations Officer or similar role in a Fintech Company.
Applicants Must Have Familiarity with the supply chain business function.
Applicants Must Have Experience with budgets and financial reports and monitoring expenses.

Requirements for Compliance Lead

Applicants Must Have B.Sc / BA in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Manager in a reputable Bank or Financial Technology Company.
