Requirements for Team Lead – Commercial Contracts

Bachelor’s Degree in Law. A Master’s Degree in Business & Commercial Law and other relevant certifications will be advantageous.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, preferably in the banking or fintech sector.
Candidates called to the bar between the period of 2015 & 2016.
Sound knowledge of commercial, corporate, and financial laws.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with a strategic approach to risk assessment.
Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements for Admin Officer (Chinese-Speaking)

B.Sc in Business Administration or related fields
Must have 2 to 3 years of admin experience.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills
Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask
Interpersonal relationship and Organizational skills
Dependability and integrity.

Requirements for Offline POS Operations Specialist

2 years or more of product operation or toB strategic operation experience, with successful commercialization experience in toB business.
Strong logical thinking, data analysis ability, keen market insight, and analytical ability, to grasp industry trends and customer needs.
Able to organize and write marketing preferential policies for the industry, with strong logical and financial background knowledge.
Clear logic, good communication skills, and organizational coordination ability.
Strong sense of teamwork, strong resistance to pressure, good learning ability, willingness to accept challenges, and result-oriented.
Complete the assigned tasks specified by superiors.
