Requirements for Customer Service Representative
- Applicants Must Have This opportunity is for high-performing individuals with an ND / HND / B.Sc from a fully accredited institution looking to begin a career in an industry with opportunities to climb the corporate ladder.
- Applicants Must Have at least 1 year of experience
- Applicants Must Have Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- Applicants Must Have the Willingness to participate in training before hire and on-the-job
- Applicants Must Have the Ability to pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen for certain positions
- Applicants Must Have Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner

Requirements for Business Development Manager
- Applicants Must Have B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales, or any relevant field

- Applicants Must Have Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- Applicants Must Have a Proven sales track record
- Applicants Must Have Experience in customer support is a plus
- Applicants Must Have Proficiency in English

Requirements for Direct Sales Representative
- Applicants should possess any Degree / Diploma or equivalent work experience.
