Requirements for Customer Care Representative

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or other related fields.
  • Candidate must be within the age bracket of 23 – 36 years
  • Relevant experience (6 months – 1 year) in Customer Service is an advantage
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements for Telesales Agent

  • Higher National Diploma (HND), OND, B.Sc / BA Degree
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems(Training would be provided if you don’t have this knowledge)
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Requirements for Customer Success Lead

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Sales / Customer Service/Communications/Business Administration or other related fields.
  • Candidate must be within the age bracket of 25 – 45years
  • Relevant experience (3 – 7 years) as a customer success lead is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language skills. Must speak fluent English and at least one of the 3 major Nigerian Languages – Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba.
  • Must have NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption letter.
  • Must reside in Lagos preferably mainland axis.
