Requirements for Customer Service Representative (Shift Worker)
- Applicant should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or other related fields.
- Applicant must be within the age bracket of 20 – 30 years
- Relevant experience (4 months – 1 year) in Customer Service is an advantage
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Applicant must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Applicant must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language skillsMust speak fluent English and at least one of the 3 major Nigerian Languages – Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba
- Must be available to work shifts.
- Applicant must have NYSC Discharge Certificate.
Requirements for KYC / SIM Swap Compliance Officer
- Applicant must have HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- Applicant must have 0 – 2 years of work experience.
- Not more than 30 years of age
- Relevant experience in the Call Center is an advantage.
- Applicant must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail
- Fast Learner and Flexible
- Applicant must have Completed NYSC.
- Applicant must reside around Opebi Ikeja or its environs
- Computer Literate
Requirements for Field Sales Representative (Account Opening)
- Applicant should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as proven account management and sales skills.
- The age should be between 21 – 45 years.
- Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections.
- Excellent communication skills, via phone and email (clear, enthusiastic; good listening skills; quick understanding of customer needs; strong sales skills; strong follow-up skills).
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations.
- Prior field sales experience.
- Solid team player with outstanding integrity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Applicants must have proximity to one of the following locations (Ogba, Agege, Ojodu Berger, Ketu, Mile 12, Abule Egba, Alagbado, Sango, Alimoso, Ayobo Ipaja, Ikotun, Igando, Iba, Ikorodu, Ibeju Lekki).
