Requirements for Customer Success Agent

Applicants Must Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, communication n, or a related field (or equivalent experience of 3 – 5 years).
Applicants Must Have Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as customer support, customer success, or account management, preferably in the SaaS industry is a plus.
Applicants Must Have Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with clients.
Applicants Must Have Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Applicants Must Have Technical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly and effectively demonstrate software products.
Applicants Must Have Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple customer requests and problems concurrently.
Applicants Must Have Dynamic, proactive, and good team spirit.

Requirements for Onboarding Specialist

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field.
Applicants Must Have Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or related roles.
Applicants Must Have A strong customer-focused mindset with a true passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
Applicants Must Have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to effectively identify and meet customer needs. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Applicants Must Have Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and willing to do whatever it takes to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements for Sales Associate

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, IT, or related fields
Applicants Must Have Experience in sales, preferably B2B tech sales, and consultative/solution selling
Applicants Must Have a Proven track record of excellence in selling
Applicants Must Have Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Applicants Must Have Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Applicants Must Have Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Applicants Must Have Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Applicants Must Have Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
